General Summary:  Work with home division and home campus faculty, Assessment Facilitators, Assessment Team, and Assessment and Research Subcommittee to test, support, and development the integrated assessment system at CCAC.

Must meet your department’s minimum hiring criteria to apply.  Experience delivering classroom instruction.  Experience developing and analyzing classroom assessments.  Experience developing curriculum and associated assessment mechanisms.  Experience participating with the Assessment Team.



Job Duties:  

1.     Communicate with program/discipline leads and faculty from home divisions and designated campuses to solicit feedback on processes and ideas for forward movement in order to develop integrated assessment procedures.

2.     Provide input to the Assessment Team and Assessment and Research Subcommittee to develop the integrated assessment system.

3.     Read key literature on assessment topics.

4.     Attend assessment professional development. 

5.     Attend meetings as scheduled.

6.     Create supporting documentation and training regarding the integrated assessment system.

7.     Communicate relevant assessment information in a timely manner to designated stakeholders.

8.     Serve as the point of contact for assessment related questions from the designated campus. 

9.     Attend Thursday meetings as guest of Assessment and Research or other Governance subcommittees as needed, supporting assessment projects as they progress through governance.

10.  Provide assistance in developing CQI applications as well as providing feedback on Fast Track CQI applications.

11.  Work with the assessment facilitators to generate summary of annual activities of the assessment team.

12.  Perform other duties as required or assigned.
