1. Arrange dealership sponsorships and student enrollment for the upcoming fall semester.
2. Assist in recruiting students and dealers to participate in the CAP Program. This includes promoting program at car cruises and auto shows in the Pittsburgh region.
3. Develop lab exercises on a continually changing basis according to the manufacturer's current training requirements.
4. Ensure that the CAP program maintains nationally recognized NATEF Certification.
5. Repair damage or wear to vehicles, components and equipment as a result of student use.
6. Coordinate the donation of vehicles, tools and equipment from the manufacturer to CCAC for use in the CAP program in accordance with Chrysler Motor Corporation LLC guidelines. Coordinate removal of vehicles for donation to other entities or for disposal.
7. Complete required reports for the Chrysler Grant Fund.
8. Create the annual CAP business plan.
9. Ensure that all Chrysler level 1, 2, and 3 training requirements are met for each student. Visit and evaluate cooperative work experience for each student.
10. Complete web based training and attend required hands-on training and certification classes as per CAP guidelines to maintain instructor certification.
11. Maintain current relationship with all Chrysler dealerships and affiliates.
12. Attend a required national Chrysler seminar, and prepare a presentation.
13. Plan and prepare work stations and lab exercises for NVH class. Coordinate all training material for use in the classroom for the NVH class.
14. Review objectives of the CAP Annual Review Report. Ensure the program complies with the objectives.
15. Chair the committee for completion of NATEF certification documentation.
16. Complete end of semester report.
17. Perform other related duties as required.
