Meets minimum hiring criteria for discipline, Experience with reviewing curriculum and course outlines to meet CCAC standards. Clear communication and attention to detail. Collaborative approach to problem solving.



Job Duties:  1. Provide a single point-of contact for CIHS and Dual Enrollment (DE) academic concerns
2. Collaborate with CCAC department heads and administration as needed to obtain decisions and resolve issues.
3. Communicate status of course creation, progress, and issues with Provost Office.
4. Assist as needed with maintaining ITS access for affiliated faculty.
5. Collaborate with the Director of Dual Enrollment as needed to develop new relationships with school districts and strengthen existing relationships.
6. Create and maintain an offering list of suitable courses to be used by school districts in their course planning.
7. Monitor and assist with CIHS/DE course set-up as needed
8. Develop and provide affiliated faculty training on relevant topics
9. Perform other duties as required or assigned.


Clearance:  Current criminal record/child abuse clearances will be required if offered the position and in order to be employed at the College. The three clearances are Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Records Check, and Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Criminal Background Check.
