General Summary: This position performs
administrative duties to assist with coordinating the clinical placement of
students in the Nursing and Allied Health Departments.
Requirements: EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Master’s degree in a related field with a minimum of one year related experience OR bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of three years related experience OR an associate’s degree in a related degree with a minimum of five years of related experience.
Preference may be given to candidates with knowledge or experience in academia or healthcare. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved may be considered.

Duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitates the efficient placement of Nursing and Allied Health students and faculty with our clinical partners.
- Collaborates with clinical site liaisons to ensure all student and faculty requirements are met for safe clinical placement.
- Frequently evaluates student and faculty compliance with health, safety, and documentation requirements for the clinical sites.
- Communicates any changes through designated centralized systems for the college and clinical sites.
- Coordinates and maintains agreements with clinical agencies.
- Reports any clinical issues involving students, faculty, or staff to the Dean.
- Maintains and updates databases for clinical record-keeping.
- Performs other related duties as required or as assigned.
Clearances: Current criminal record/child abuse clearances will be required if offered the position and to be employed at the College. The three clearances are Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Records Check, and Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Criminal Background Check.
