New Employee Pre-Hire Meeting


Welcome to CCAC!

We are excited to have you joining CCAC. Before your start date at CCAC, you will need to schedule a New Employee Pre-Hire Meeting with the Office of Human Resources at our Employee Processing Center. This meeting should take about 15-20 minutes and can be scheduled through Calendly.

In this meeting, you will:

  • Turn in your completed New Hire Packet
  • Present any additional documentation that may be required:
    • Voided Check or Direct Deposit Authorization
    • Copy of your last paystub
  • Present your Pennsylvania Act 153 Clearances
  • Present your federally accepted forms of ID for Section Two of your I-9 or Employment Eligibility Verification Form
  • Present original Dependent Verification Documents (optional)
  • Get your photo taken and CCAC ID printed

The Office of College Services is the Orange Building across the street from the McDonald's. You will be able to park for free in the adjacent gated lot across from the street from Wendy's. Please inform the guard at the intercom as both the parking gate and the front door that you have an appointment with the Employee Processing Center so that he can admit you.

Due to COVID-19, you will be required to be masked before entering the building. Access to the building and the processing center is by prior appointment only and has been set up to promote social distancing.

Pennsylvania State Police
Criminal History Records Check
PA Department of Human Services
Child Abuse History Check
PA Department of Human Services
FBI Fingerprint Check

Since all three clearances are required to complete your hiring process, please wait to schedule the appointment until all clearances are received. You will need to present your original clearances in person to the Employee Processing Center. For step-by-step instructions on obtaining them, click here.

New Hire Packet

Download the packet from here. Please print and complete the packet, signing as needed. Please bring this completed packet to your pre-hire meeting.

Additional Documentation

  • Voided Check or Direct Deposit Authorization letter from your bank (Note: Deposit Slips cannot be used because they have a different routing number.)
  • Copy of your last pay stub if you are applying for a local services tax exemption due to your primary or prior employer has already deducted the tax.

I-9 or Employment Eligibility Verification

At your New Employee Pre-Hire Meeting, you will need to bring federally accepted documentation to show our offices and to properly complete the I-9 Verification. More information on acceptable documentation can be found on the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Website.

Dependent Verification (Optional)

If you will be enrolling any dependents in our medical, dental, vision benefits, the consortium that we are apart of requires certain dependent verification for enrollment. We are required to see the original documentation in person. You do not have to make your selections at this time but you can bring the required documentation to cut down on trips to the Office of College Services.
